PURSUANT to sections 175 and 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation by the Marlborough Harbour Board from the foreshore and seabed in Waikawa Bay, Queen Charlotte Sound, of the land containing 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, as shown hatched red on plan marked M.D. 12492 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Defining Limits of the Harbour of Jacksons Bay

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of the Harbour at Jacksons Bay to be all that area of water of Jacksons Bay bounded by the arc of a circle of 5 cables radius centred at the root of the Jacksons Bay wharf structure.
