Land Taken for Water Supply Catchment and Conservation in Block XII, Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water supply catchment and conservation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 564 acres and 36 perches, situated in Block XII, Otanewainuku Survey District, being Waoku 2B Block and part Waoku 2 Block. All certificate of title No. 4B/860, South Auckland Land Registry.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Feilding

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Feilding Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
