Declaration That Land be Part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to form part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Peel Forest Park Board.

As from 4.35 p.m., on Tuesday, 21 November 1967, the relationship between New Zealand currency and United Kingdom currency for immediate delivery in London shall be—

Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 9


WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and it is desired to vary the same:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 9.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Unclaimed Moneys


PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys derived, firstly, from all Maori Land Court districts and, secondly, from the East Coast Commissioner, and held by the Maori Trustee, have been filed at the offices of the Registrars of the Maori Land Courts at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch and at all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises: Clutha Licensing Trust


PURSUANT to subsection 10 of section 34B of the Licensing Trusts’ Act 1949, as inserted by section 3 (1) of the Licensing Trusts’ Amendment Act 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Clutha Licensing Trust at a meeting on 10 November 1967 passed the following resolution:

“That the hours for the John Street Bottle Store, Balclutha, and the Tahakopa Bottle Store be operated as set out in the advertisement published in the Otago Daily Times and the Clutha Leader, in accordance with the Licensing Trusts’ Act 1967, on two occasions.”

The hours of sale as advertised in the Otago Daily Times and the Clutha Leader are:

John Street Bottle Store—
Monday - Saturday .... .... .... 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Tahakopa Bottle Store—
Monday and Wednesday .... .... 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday .... .... 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
