PURSUANT to subsection 10 of section 34B of the Licensing Trusts’ Act 1949, as inserted by section 3 (1) of the Licensing Trusts’ Amendment Act 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Oamaru Licensing Trust at a meeting held on 9 November 1967 passed the following resolution:

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Indecent Publications Tribunal
I, Victor Worth Thomas, Comptroller of Customs, give notice that I have applied to the Indecent Publications Tribunal for a decision as to whether the magazine Playboy (November 1967 edition, Vol. 14, No. 11) published by HMH Publishing Co. Inc., Playboy Building, 919 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., is indecent or not or for a decision as to its classification.
Bylaw Regulating Traffic on No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) in the City of Dunedin
PURSUANT to the National Roads Act 1953 and the Transport Act 1962 and all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling it in that behalf, the National Roads Board hereby makes the following bylaw.
BYLAW

This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1967, No. 3.

This bylaw shall come into force on the 14th day of January 1968.

In this bylaw unless inconsistent with the context “vehicle” means a contrivance that is equipped with wheels or revolving runners upon which it moves or is moved.

From and after the coming into force of this bylaw all vehicles and horse traffic on the streets or parts of streets in the City of Dunedin forming part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) described in the Schedule hereto shall proceed in one direction only: namely, in the respective direction shown in the said Schedule.

Every person other than a person on foot commits an offence against this bylaw who proceeds on or along any of the streets or parts of streets described in the Schedule hereto other than in the direction respectively prescribed.

Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100).

Duke Street, between Cumberland Street and Castle Street South-easterly from Cumberland Street towards Castle Street.
Cumberland Street, between Duke Street and High Street North-easterly from High Street towards Duke Street.
Cumberland Street, between High Street and Andersons Bay Road South-westerly from High Street towards Andersons Bay Road.
Castle Street ..... South-westerly from Duke Street towards High Street.
Crawford Street ..... North-easterly from Andersons Bay Road towards High Street.
High Street, between Cumberland Street and Crawford Street Easterly from Crawford Street towards Cumberland Street.

This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 15th day of November 1967.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is hereby notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 November 1967 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of the Hamilton-Cambridge section of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) fronting Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 3071, being part Allotment 7, Parish of Tamahere, and having certificates of title numbered respectively 7D/634 and 7D/623, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1, M.O.W. 13902 and the accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Hamilton, and there available for inspection, to be a limited access road.
