ALL that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of North Auckland containing 55 acres, more or less, being part of the Puhoi and Orokara Blocks, situated in Blocks 3 and 4 of the Waiwera Survey District, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 764, folio 94. Limited as to parcels and part of Deeds Index 2B/874, conveyance 420306 (R 605/292), such land being shown edged in pink on the aforesaid plan.

The above land is situated in the Sullivans Beach and Te Muri area in the Waiwera Survey District.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority, being of the opinion that the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required for a reserve and that such reserve will be of benefit to the inhabitants of two or more local districts, proposes to take the said lands for such purpose under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, on the 2nd day of November 1967, to the Auckland Regional Authority at its offices in Regional House, 121 Hobson Street, Auckland.

If any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

All that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of North Auckland containing 38 acres, more or less, being the Noke Noke Block, situated in Block XVI of the Mahurangi Survey District, and Block IV, Waiwera Survey District, excepting thereout such portion as contained in conveyance 7149B (B 4.421) being the residue of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 768, folio 101. Limited as to parcels and title.

3. All that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of North Auckland containing 1 acre, more or less, being part of the Noke Noke Block, situated in Block IV of the Waiwera Survey District, and being the whole of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 768, folio 102. Limited as to parcels and title.

The above lands are situated in the Sullivans Beach and Te Muri area in the Mahurangi or Waiwera Survey District.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the Heretaunga Plains Flood Control Scheme, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public offices of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board, situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, should set forth the same in writing and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the secretary at the Board’s offices, Browning Street, Napier, and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

This land is known locally as the Peka Peka Swamp.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and proposes to take for severence in connection with such road the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk to the said Council, situated in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
