NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 13th day of October 1967, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000.00) to FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of October 1967. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of J. WERE (PANMURE) LTD., is FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), divided into TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED shares of TWO DOLLARS ($2.00) each fully paid having been reduced from SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000.00) divided into EIGHT THOUSAND (8,000) shares of TWO DOLLARS ($2.00) each of which TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (2,500) were fully paid and the remaining FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (5,500) had had no call upon them.”

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority, being of the opinion that the land described in the Schedule hereto is required for a reserve and that such reserve will be of benefit to the inhabitants of two or more local districts, proposes to take the said land for such purpose under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so proposed to be taken is deposited at the office of the Auckland Regional Authority, situated at Regional House, 121 Hobson Street, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, on the 2nd day of November 1967, to the Auckland Regional Authority at its address above stated.

If any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
