Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks I and XV, Crookston Survey District, and in Blocks V and VI, Town of Bastings, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and that the land firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in Lancelot Patrick Enright, Bryan Cyril Enright, and Anthony Leslie Enright, of Beaumont, farmers, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 273440 and No. 232692, Otago Land Registry, and that the land sixthly and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease R.L.F. 964, held by Lancelot Patrick Enright, Bryan Cyril Enright, and Anthony Leslie Enright as tenants in common in equal shares from Her Majesty the Queen, and recorded in certificate of title, Volume 1c, folio 677, Otago Land Registry, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 273440, Otago Land Registry, and that the land eighthly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease R.L.F. 124, held by Lancelot Patrick Enright, Bryan Cyril Enright, and Anthony Leslie Enright as tenants in common in equal shares from Her Majesty the Queen, and recorded in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 79, Otago Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 273440 and 232692, Otago Land Registry.
