Land Proclaimed as Street and Street Closed in the Borough of East Coast Bays

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the street described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0.5 of a perch situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being described as part Lot 108, D.P. 13312; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21258 (S.O. 44784) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of street containing 4.8 perches situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Lot 86, D.P.13312; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21259 (S.O. 44531) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road containing 4 acres and 11.9 perches situated in Blocks XI and XIV, Waitaki Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through part Rural Section 22267; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21232 (S.O. 10765) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Covenant, for a Public School and a Secondary School in the Borough of Havelock North

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, subject to a fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 41272, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, from and after the 13th day of November 1967.
