PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

Auckland Play Centres Association (Incorporated)

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

Board Appointed to Have Control of Glencoe Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

Waitaki County Council

to be the Glencoe Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment of Board to Have Control of the Owhango Public Hall

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a public hall and library to a reserve for a public hall and appoints

Peter Haddow Bethwaite,
Francis Albert Climo,
Ivan Henry Grattan,
John Grey,
Ian Keith Holdgate, and
Marlene Dawn Lacy

to be the Owhango Public Hall Board to have control of the said reserve.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 3

——

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) 1966, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) 1966* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended as follows:

(a) By omitting “wheat” and “mixed grain” from the list “Stock food of the following kinds” under the general heading of FOODSTUFFS AND RELATED COMMODITIES, sub-heading GROCERIES:

(b) By omitting “wheat, including seed wheat” under the general heading FOODSTUFFS AND RELATED COMMODITIES, sub-heading GROCERIES, and substituting the following: “Wheat, excluding seed wheat and wheat sold for use as stock food by distributors and retailers”.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 5), 1967

——

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby withdraws the exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations contained in the notice under the said regulation 16, dated the 29th day of May 1967, and published on page 1025 of the Gazette of the 15th day of June 1967, so far as it relates only to that portion of the exemption described as follows:

than 6 oz per sq. yd., whether plain, hemmed, whipped, or
similarly worked, other than such textile fabrics admissible
under Part II, Reference 11.0 of the Customs Tariff.

and in lieu thereof, hereby EXEMPTS from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations the following:
