PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Horowhenua County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

The Whakanakanaka Stream Pollution Control Order 1967

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of November 1967
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Whakanakanaka Stream Pollution Control Order 1967.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
  2. All those portions of the Whakanakanaka Stream and its tributaries which are within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Coromandel County Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Coromandel County, containing 235 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the most northern point of Section 13 in Block II, Coromandel Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly generally along the northern boundaries of the said Section 13, the adjoining Section 28, Allotments 22, 21, and 20 of Kaponga Parish; thence along the western boundaries of the said Allotment 20 and of Allotment 26 of Kaponga Parish; thence proceeding north-easterly generally along the southern boundaries of the said Allotment 26 and of Allotments 27, 28, Kaponga Parish, and of Sections 28 and 13 aforesaid; thence along the eastern boundary of the said Section 13 to the point of commencement.

Taking Land for Public Purposes at Niue

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of November 1967
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 326 of the Niue Act 1966, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby takes the land described in the Schedule hereto for the following public purposes, namely, education.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, situated in the District of Lakepa in Niue, and being the whole of the land known as part Lialagi Section 2, Block III, Lakepa District, and being all the land comprised in an order of the Land Court made on 1 September 1966, on investigation of title, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of Niue and deposited in the office of the Registrar, Land Court, Niue, under number 79.

PURSUANT to section 326 of the Niue Act 1966, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby takes the land described in the Schedule hereto for the following public purposes, namely, education.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 6.7 perches, more or less, situated in the District of Alofi in Niue, being the whole of the land known as Section 13, Paliati, Block I, Alofi District, and being all the land comprised in an order of the Land Court made on 1 October 1962, on investigation of title, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of Niue and deposited in the office of the Registrar, Land Court, Niue, under number 49.

  1. This order may be cited as the Wellington Savings Bank Order 1964, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Wellington Savings Bank Order 1964* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
