Land Taken for Rubbish Disposal in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for rubbish disposal, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Maunganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1967.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 acres 3 roods situated in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, being part Papamoa A.12 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21644 (S.O. 43893) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 18th day of February 1933 and the 3rd day of November 1961, to be road.

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

Authorising the Auckland Regional Authority to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the City of Manukau

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of November 1967
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the Auckland Regional Authority (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), a licence, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1988.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding by underground cable in a southerly direction across Island Road. Then in a westerly direction to a transformer substation; thence in by underground cable to a pole. From the pole:
