CORRIGENDUM

IN the Second Schedule of the Bay of Islands Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 4, releasing land from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and published in the Gazette, 12 October 1967, No. 64, page 1788, the description of the second piece of land is amended to read as follows:

“Part Lot 1, D.P. 42710, being part Motatau No. 5E No. 23B Block, Block VIII, Punakitere Survey District (Residue C.T. 1514/77) (Auckland Registry)”.

Dated at Wellington this 3rd day of November 1967.

Land Taken for Road in Block XV, Mangaoparo Survey District, Waiapu County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1967.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 1.3 perches situated in Block XV, Mangaoparo Survey District, Waiapu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Waiorongomai Block.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21614 (S.O. 5716) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier from and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1967.
