Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of
the reserve for water conservation purposes described in the
Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Thames County
PART Section 20, Block IX, Whitianga Survey District: Area,
8 acres and 27.7 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan
marked L. and S. 11/1/451c deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon
edged red (S.O. 44129).

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of
the Waingaro Domain
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves
for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserves to be a
public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the
last-mentioned Act to form part of the Waingaro Domain,
to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

ALLOTMENTS 406 to 409 (inclusive), Waipa Parish (formerly

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata County
Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for access purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Waitemata, in trust, for that purpose.

ALLOTMENT 615, Waiwera Parish, situated in Block IV, Tiritiri
Survey District: Area, 11.2 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives
the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Stratford County) Notice 1967. -
The Stratford County Council's proposed classification
of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. -
The Warrant dated the 11th day of May 1961† which
relates to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
