Additional Land at Waitara Taken for the Purposes of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway (Waitara Branch)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway (Waitara Branch) from and after the 9th day of October 1967.

Cancellation of Vesting in the Ellesmere County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere and revokes the reservation over the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, revokes the reservation for gravel pit purposes over the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.
