PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 1, D.P. 26335, to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 631918, and as to Lot 2, D.P. 26335, to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 631917, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 9th day of October 1967.
