1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaims as closed the street described in the Second Schedule
hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 0.08 perches situated in the
City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 3, D.P. 4853,
being part Section 2338, Town of New Plymouth; coloured
blue on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of street containing 0.17 perches situated in the
City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., adjoining Lot 2,
D.P. 4853, being part Sections 630 and 2338, Town of New
Plymouth, and part original bed of Mangaotuku Stream;
