Declaring Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Tuakau and Previous Declaration Partly Revoked

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 9th day of October 1967; and also hereby revokes the declaration dated the 17th day of April 1967, and published in Gazette, 4 May 1967, No. 29, page 818, declaring land taken for a public school in the Borough of Tuakau, in so far as it affects the land thirdly described in the Schedule thereto.
