Declaration That Part of the Gore Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Gore Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waiuku Borough Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a War Memorial, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said Reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waiuku, in trust, for that purpose.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and it is desired to vary the same.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Poroporo Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 3.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
