Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade
motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned,
but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the
Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorise him while he is under the age of 18 years, to
drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

The Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice 1967
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice 1967.
-
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-mile speed-limit area for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
-
The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 22nd day of February 1962†, which relates to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) in Hampden Borough is hereby revoked.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from Oakham Street to a point 2 chains measured northerly generally along the said highway from Monmouth Street).

Cancellation of Vesting in the Waimate County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimate, and revokes the reservation for gravel pit purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Name of Pukapuka Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Pukapuka Scenic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as the Albert Dennis Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Featherston Borough Council on the 17th day of August 1967:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Featherston Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said Borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act.”

Declaration That Reserves Form Part of the Rotorua North Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the reserves for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto shall form part of the Rotorua North Scenic Reserve, to be controlled and administered by the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908.
