Price Order No. 2061 (Bread-Recovery of Extraordinary
Charges)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal
hereby makes the following price order:

Preliminary

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2061 and
    shall come into force on the 2nd day of October 1967.

  2. (1) Price Order No. 2046* shall be revoked on the
    coming into force of this order.

(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect
the liability of any person for any offence in
relation thereto committed before the coming into
force of this order.

  1. In this order unless the context otherwise requires "existing
    currency" and "decimal currency" shall have the same
    meaning as in the Decimal Currency Act 1964.

Application of this Order

  1. This order applies in respect of all sales of bread referred
    to in clauses 4, 5, and 6 of Price Order 2043 (Bread)
    sold in New Zealand for which special approval has been
    granted to any baker, wholesaler, or retailer, to make an
    addition to the maximum prices fixed from time to time by
    price order in respect of extraordinary charges (freight or
    otherwise) incurred by the baker, wholesaler, or retailer.

Conversion of Approved Additions to Maximum Prices
from the Existing Currency to Decimal Currency

  1. Where additions to the maximum retail prices fixed by
    price order have been approved in the existing currency,
    such additions are to be converted to decimal currency in
    accordance with the following table:

Maximum Prices of Bread for Which Special Approvals
Have Been Granted

  1. The maximum retail selling price of any bread subject to
    an authorised addition shall be determined by adding the
    addition to the maximum retail price order price.

  2. Where a baker or wholesaler, who has special approval
    to sell bread above price order prices, sells to a retailer, the
    maximum wholesale price shall be the maximum retail price,
    as determined in accordance with the provisions of clause 6
    of this order, reduced by 10 percent.

National Roads Board-Notice Revoking the Declaration of
a State Highway as a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 20 September 1967, and pursuant to subsection 5 of
section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby
revokes its resolution of the 19th day of May 1965, pursuant
to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963,
declaring that part of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)
