NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provision of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road (AwanuiBluff State Highway No. 1, Pukehou Deviation) and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post office at Otaki Railway and are there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with the notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Licensing Wellington Trailer Boat Association Incorporated to Occupy a Site for a Boat Launching Ramp at Maranui, Lyall Bay
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Wellington Trailer Boat Association Incorporated (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Maranui, Lyall Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12688 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat launching ramp as shown outlined blue on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of October 1967.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
