PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Turner, of Whangamomona, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity, Volume 44, folio 198, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 2nd day of October 1967.
