Amending the Appointment of a Member of the Waitaki Catchment Commission

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council hereby amends the resolution dated 10 August 1961, and published in Gazette, 17 August 1961, Volume II, page 1268,

appointing nine members of the Waitaki Catchment Commission, by deleting “the Pastoral Lands Officer, Department of Lands and Survey, Timaru” and substituting “the District Field Officer, Department of Lands and Survey, Dunedin”.
