PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 2nd day of October 1967.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2.6 perches situated in Block XV, Whernside Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 90, Waipapa Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21480 (S.O. 4794), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for Waterworks Purposes in Block III, Nuhaka North Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity recorded in certificate of title, Volume 3L, folio 161, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken for waterworks purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne from and after the 2nd day of October 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 19th day of June 1967, published in the Gazette of 29 June 1967, No. 42, at page 1113, setting apart Crown land for a gravel pit in Block VI, Waitakere Survey District, Buller County, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a gravel pit from and after the 2nd day of October 1967.
