Being those portions of Sections 187 and 188, Huirangi District, and Ngarauerua 1A, 1B 2, 4C 1, and 4C 2 Blocks, coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 20931 (S.O. 9734).

Being those portions of Section 188, Huirangi District, coloured orange and blue, respectively, on plan M.O.W. 20930 (S.O. 9815).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Wilton substation).
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 62 acres 2 roods 25 perches situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Lots II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII, Kaiwharawhara District, edged blue on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 18 acres 3 roods 8 perches situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being parts A. 2 and A. 3 Otari Maori Reserve, edged orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20944 (S.O. 26271) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Nelson Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
