Land Taken for the Construction of Public Offices in the City of Auckland
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, excepting thereout so much of the airspace and subsoil as is described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the construction of public offices, and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1967.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6.6 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 2, Section 38, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21009 (S.O. 45212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
As to the area of land mentioned in the First Schedule: All that portion of airspace situated between a plane 133.2 feet above mean sea-level, at a point marked A on plan, and 134.5 feet above mean sea-level, at a point marked B on plan, and the present surface of the said land; and all that portion of subsoil situated between a plane 115.5 feet above mean sea-level, at a point marked A on plan, and 116.8 feet above mean sea-level, at a point marked B on plan, and the present surface of the said land.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21009 (S.O. 45212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

0 0 34.4 Part Maungatapu 1k 2A Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 3 20.2 Part Maungatapu B Block; coloured yellow on plan.
Situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District.
A. R. P. Being
0 0 14.1 Part Maungatapu B Block; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 2 38.4 Part Maungatapu B Block; coloured yellow on plan.
Situated in Blocks XI and XV, Tauranga Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20995 (S.O. 43577) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1967.

Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Block VII, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waitara as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also proclaim and declare that easements are hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned, in the said body corporate full and free right, liberty, licence and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain lines of water pipes under, along, and across the said land and to use the said lines of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water to and from the reservoir situated on the land described in the said First Schedule, such easements to be held appurtenant thereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of February 1967.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 19 perches situated in Block VII, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 188, Huirangi District; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 20932 (S.O. 9654).
