The Road Classification (Stratford Borough) Notice 1697
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Stratford Borough) Notice 1967.

The Stratford Borough’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
-
So much of the Warrant dated the 23rd day of November 1954† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of Regulation 41 (2) of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
RED reflectors and tail lamp assemblies incorporating red reflectors marked “Hella Made in Australia”.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Heavy Goods Service Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of Regulation 41 (2) of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Two red reflectors approximately 1¾ in. diameter marked “P. G. M. Thorpe B.S. 2515 Gd. II” as fitted in each tail lamp assembly of Atkinson vehicles.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:
And, whereas, by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto, and it is considered necessary to have the notice described in the First Schedule hereto replaced:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as the Kiwinui Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 2.
