Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block I, Waitahanui Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September 1967.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Waitahanui Survey District, described as follows:

Being
0 0 17.6) Parts Tauhara South B Block; coloured yellow on

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20989 (S.O. 43520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3 perches, situated in Block I, Waitahanui Survey District, being part Opawa-Rangitoto No. 26 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20989 (S.O. 43520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1967.

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

ALL that piece of land containing 36 acres 3 roods 13 perches situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County and Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., and being part Sections 6, 7, and 8, Omaka Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21393 (S.O. 4714) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Central Waikato Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Central Waikato Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- The principal order is hereby amended by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following:
