CORRIGENDUM

IN a notice dated the 11th day of December 1961, and published in Gazette, of the 14th day of December 1961, No. 80, at page 1931, notifying the exchange of State forest land in the South Auckland Land District for other land, the following addition is to be made to the Second Schedule: Section 13 (formerly parts Kuaotunu No. 2B and Waitaia Blocks), Block V, Otama Survey District: Area, 51 acres 2 roods and 24 perches, more or less; comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1462, folio 62. As shown on plan No. 19/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 38570).

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Wairoa

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Wairoa, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September 1967.
