Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Wellington City District Scheme (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Wellington City Council in the interests of the Wellington City District Scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 31st day of December 1968 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 31st day of December 1968.

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Hamilton City Council in the interests of section 1 of the Hamilton City District Scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of February 1968 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of February 1968.

Revoking Foreshore Licence for Jetty and Slipway at Tennyson Inlet
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Keith Robson Ltd. on 29 May 1965*, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Tennyson Inlet as a site for a jetty and slipway, is revoked.

Licensing Euan Forsaith MacDonald and Stuart Wreford MacDonald to Occupy a Site for a Jetty at Riverton Harbour, Southland
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Euan Forsaith MacDonald and Stuart Wreford MacDonald (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Riverton Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12641 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1967.
(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensees shall be sixteen dollars ($16).

Licensing Harold Bakewell Saunders to Occupy a Site for Boat Building Stagings in Paremata Harbour
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Harold Bakewell Saunders (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Paremata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11863 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon boat building stagings as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

This licence covers only the existing boat building stagings and no further construction shall be undertaken.

This licence shall be revoked when an alternative site becomes available.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

The term of this licence shall be five (5) years from the 1st day of September 1966.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned; but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
