Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after
the 21st day of August 1967.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of a road, and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimea from
and after the 21st day of August 1967.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block IV, Opotiki Survey District, for Road Being Required for the Realignment of the Waiaua Section of the Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa State Highway No. 35

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Opotiki, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
