THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Papatoetoe City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan of twenty-six thousand dollars ($26,000), authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe City Council under the abovenamed Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Great South Road Improvement Loan 1953, which matures on the 8th day of August 1967, the said Papatoetoe City Council hereby makes a special rate of point nought two four one cents (.0241c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the City of Papatoetoe, and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taieri County Council hereby resolves as follows:

THE following resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hawera Borough Council, held at the Council Chambers, High Street, Hawera, on the 20th day of March 1967:

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hawera Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £7,750, authorised to be raised by the Hawera Borough Council under the abovementioned Act, for the purpose of meeting the cost of constructing a chiller room at the municipal abattoir, and interior fittings, and carrying out minor alterations to existing facilities, the said Hawera Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought five six nine six two (.056962) of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Hawera comprising the whole of the Borough of Hawera (defined in New Zealand Gazette, 1960, No. 4, at page 68), and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being for a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
