Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitara Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waitara, and revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for Municipal Buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Ellesmere County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for the Hororata water race to a reserve for plantation purposes, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere, in trust, for plantation purposes.

Declaration That Part of the Mount Roskill Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mount Roskill Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Fairlie Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Fairlie Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
