PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 15th day of August 1967.

Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks XXV and XLI, Tokomairiro Survey District, Bruce County


PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the County of Bruce from and after the 15th day of August 1967.

Representative of the Employees of the Auckland Harbour Board Appointed to the Auckland Harbour Board Appeal Board


PURSUANT to section 45 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Emmanuel Isbey (known as Eddie Isbey), to be a member of the Appeal Board set up in connection with an appeal by Mr J. G. Evans against dismissal.

Licensing W. Parkinson and Co. (Auckland) Ltd., to Occupy a Site for a Wharf, Moehau, Coromandel Peninsula


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits W. Parkinson and Co. (Auckland) Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore near Thuwaiiti Stream, Moehau, Coromandel Peninsula, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9497 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1967.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10).

Revoking Licence—Takapuna City Council Boat Ramps—Takapuna Beach


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the licence of the 27th day of May 1966*, authorising Takapuna City Council to use and occupy the foreshore and bed of the sea at Takapuna Beach for maintaining thereon two boat launching ramps.
