PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule is closed and shall vest in Malcolm Stanley Anderson, of Waikoikoi, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 292437, Otago Land Registry.
