PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

The Hauraki Plains College Board of Governors Order 1967

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of July 1967
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Education Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Hauraki Plains College Board of Governors Order 1967.
  2. Until the 31st day of May 1969, the Board of Governors of Hauraki Plains College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Kaihere School District or the Mangatarata School District;
(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Kerepehi School District;
(d) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Ngatea School District;
(e) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Turua School District or the Kopuarahi School District;
(f) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Waitakaruru School District;
(g) One member, appointed by the Board of Governors itself, who shall be appointed to represent those parents of the pupils attending the school who are resident in the Maramarua School District;
(h) One member appointed by the Hauraki Plains County Council;
(i) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  1. On and after the 1st day of June 1969, the Board of Governors of Hauraki Plains College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Kaihere School District or the Mangatarata School District;
(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Kerepehi School District;

Mangakino High School Board of Governors Order, 1964, Amendment No. 1

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of July 1967
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Mangakino High School Board of Governors Order 1964, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with, and deemed part of, the Mangakino High School Board of Governors Order 1964* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
  2. Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by revoking paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph;

“(c) Two members elected by the members of the school committees of the Mangakino North State primary school, the Marotiri State primary school, the Mokai Maori School, the Tirohanga State primary school, and the Whakamaru State primary school;”.

  1. Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby further amended by omitting from paragraph (d) the words “Waikato Hydro Welfare Association”, and substituting the words “Taupo County Council”.
