HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Waimanoa Road, situated in Blocks II
and VI, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, commencing
at the most southern corner of Section 2 of the aforesaid
Block VI, Marotiri Survey District, and proceeding thence in
a northerly direction generally for approximately 105 chains
to the most northern corner of the aforesaid Section 2,
Block VI, Marotiri Survey District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21383

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the service lanes described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be
vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Manukau, and be under the control and management
of the Manukau City Council.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Board Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby further amends the Orders in Council
specified in the Schedule hereto, authorising the Taranaki
Electric Power Board to erect and use electric lines, by further
extending the duration of the said Orders in Council until the
16th day of July 1968, the duration of the said Orders in
Council having been extended until the 16th day of July 1966,
by Order in Council, dated the 14th day of July 1965, and
appearing in the Gazette, on the 22nd day of the same month
at page 1164, and further extended until the 16th day of
January 1967, by Order in Council, dated the 15th day of
June 1966, and published in the Gazette, on the 30th day of
the same month at page 1026, and further extended until the
16th day of July 1967, by Order in Council, dated the 14th
day of December 1966, and published in the Gazette, on the
21st day of the same month at page 2230.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the South Canterbury Electric
Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1958, amendment No. 3,
and shall be read together with and deemed part of the South
Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1958*
(hereinafter referred to as the principal order), which said
order was amended by Order in Council, dated the 8th day
of June 1966, and published in the Gazette, on the 16th day of
the same month at page 950, and amended by Order in
Council, dated the 6th day of March 1967, and published
in the Gazette, on the 16th day of the same month at page 370. - The principal order is hereby amended by deleting clause
6 thereof and substituting the following:
β6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
continue in force until the 31st day of December 1967.β
