“That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of principal and interest and other charges in respect of the Tauranga Electric Power Board Generation Loan 1967, $35,700, authorised to be raised by special order under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of purchasing land in connection with the building of two hydro-electric generation stations on the Wairoa River, the Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal zero one of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Tauranga Electric Power District, and that such special rate shall be payable on 19 July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

TAURANGA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1964—Second Issue, $200,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $200,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing a site and constructing a sewerage treatment plant, providing an outfall for treated sewage and associated works within the city, the Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point nought seven cents (.07c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the city of Tauranga, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WAIKOUAITI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Warrington Water Loan 1967, £9,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waikouaiti County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £9,500, authorised to be raised by the Waikouaiti County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for providing a water supply scheme for the Warrington water supply district and the surrounding area, the said Waikouaiti County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.9911 pence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Warrington water supply district, comprising the land listed in the special roll prepared and authenticated for the said district, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 15th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waitati Water Loan 1967, £17,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waikouaiti County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £17,000, authorised to be raised by the Waikouaiti County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for providing a water supply scheme for the Waitati water supply district and the surrounding area, the said Waikouaiti County Council hereby makes a special rate of 1.4641 pence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waitati water supply district, comprising the land listed in the special roll prepared and authenticated for the said district, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 15th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wainuiomata Roading Improving Loan 1967, $100,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Hutt County Council held on the 6th day of July 1967.
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $100,000, authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of upgrading and sealing roads and providing concrete footpaths and associated stormwater drainage and ancillary works, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal 170 cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Wainuiomata Riding of the County of Hutt, and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 23 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wainuiomata Water Supply Loan 1967, $140,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Hutt County Council held on the 6th day of July 1967.
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $140,000, authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing a 1,000,000 gallon reservoir, pumping station, access road, and associated works, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal 241 cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 55b special rating area being portion of the Wainuiomata Riding of the County of Hutt, and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

KOWAI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Amberley Water Supply Extension Loan No. 1, 1967 of £24,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Kowai County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £24,000, authorised to be raised by the Kowai County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing a new main source of water to the existing reticulation in the Amberley Township, the Kowai County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two two zero nine cents (.2209 cents) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property of the Amberley Riding of the County of Kowai, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly on the 20th day of July and the 20th day of January in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.
The foregoing resolution was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Kowai County Council, held on 14th July 1967.
