order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring a copy on pay-

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Hornby Enterprises Ltd., a duly incorporated private
company having its registered office in Christchurch:
Notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 10th day of July 1967, confirming
the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company
from $22,736.00 to $100.00, and the minute approved by the
Court showing with respect to the capital of the company
as altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 19th day of July 1967. The said minute is in the words
and figures following:
“The amount of share capital of Hornby Enterprises Ltd.
as altered by the Order of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, dated the 10th day of July 1967, confirming the
reduction of share capital of the company is 100 dollars
($100.00), divided into 100 ordinary shares of one dollar
($1.00) each.”

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Administration Building Loan 1967, $510,000
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by
the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City
Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on the Administration Building Loan 1967, $510,000,
authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by
way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, for the purpose of erecting municipal offices and meeting
the cost of associated facilities, the Takapuna City Council
makes a special rate of decimal one four eight cents (.148c)
in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of
Takapuna), and that such special rate shall be payable
yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty-
five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Takapuna City Council held on the 18th day of July 1967.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Concrete Footpaths Loan 1967, $70,000—($40,000 Portion)
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by
the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City
Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on the Concrete Footpaths Loan 1967, $70,000
($40,000 portion), authorised to be raised by the Takapuna
City Council by way of special loan under the Local
Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of providing
concrete footpaths in the city and for the cost of raising
the loan, the Takapuna City Council makes a special rate
of decimal nought two four cents (.024c) in the dollar ($)
on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value
of all rateable property in the City of Takapuna), and that
such special rate shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of
August in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Takapuna City Council held on the 18th day of July 1967.

RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE
Electrical Extension Loan (No. 1), 1967—$200,000
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the
Tauranga Electric Power Board, held on 19 July 1967, the
following resolution was passed:
“That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
principal and interest and other charges in respect of the
Tauranga Electric Power Board Electrical Extension Loan
(No. 1) 1967, $200,000, authorised to be raised by special
order under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the
purpose of supplying and distributing electrical energy through-
out the Board’s district, the Board hereby makes and levies
a special rate of decimal one of a cent in the dollar on the
rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all
rateable property in the Tauranga Electric Power District; and
that such special rate shall be payable on 19 July in each
and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
