Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953;

And whereas, by reason of an amalgamation of titles, the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto, and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto amended:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be described as the Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.
2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Classification of Roads in Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 22nd day of June 1960† as relates to the classification of roads in Rangitikei County, described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Rangitikei County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1966, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from its junction with State Highway No. 22 (Runciman-Tuakau) to the Pukekohe-Bombay Road in the County of Franklin, more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 20753 and schedule of properties held in the office of the Resident Engineer, South Auckland, at Penrose, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
