PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Wallace County, at Manapouri Temporary Village:—

All that area at Manapouri Temporary Village adjacent to the Te Anau-Manapouri Road forming part of Block IV, Manapouri Survey District, the whole area being more particularly indicated within the red border on plan TT. 4013, deposited in the office of the Transport Department in Wellington.

Tauranga-Taupo Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto, the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and it is desired to vary the same:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Tauranga-Taupo Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
