A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day
of September 1927, and published in the Gazette, 6 October
1927, Volume III, page 3041, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Auckland as No. 6795, defining the middle
line of a portion of the Dargaville-North Auckland Main
Trunk Railway, portion of Tangowhine Section (0 miles to
10 miles) in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, North
Auckland Land District, insofar as it affects part Pararaihe
Block and parts Mangakakahi No. 2 Block parts being
shown as Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 23093 (C.T. 1035/69).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
5th day of May 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day
of April 1948, and published in Gazette, 8 April 1948, Volume
I, at page 364, and registered as No. 3887, Wellington Land
Registry, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks VIII
and XIII, Belmont Survey District, insofar as it affects the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 25 perches
situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, City of
Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being Section 85, Norman-
dale Settlement. All certificate of title, Volume 301, folio 220,
Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
5th day of May 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing
purposes and the land secondly described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Waimate as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 29th day of May 1967.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Waimate,
Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road
and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
road as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
29th day of May 1967.

County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Anaura No. 6 Block;
coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 20873 (S.O. 5383) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
22nd day of May 1967.

hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also proclaim
and declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 5th day of June 1967.
