Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the
Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation published in the Gazette on the 22nd day of August 1963, at page 1193, is hereby revoked to the extent of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in substitution therefor the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948 or the Housing Act 1955, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
