of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site
for a roadman's cottage over the land described in the

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying That
the Land Shall Vest in the Pukekohe Borough Council, in
Fee Simple, and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
recreation and domain purposes over the land described in
the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land
shall vest in the Pukekohe Borough Council, in fee simple, to
be held by the Corporation of the Borough, pursuant to section
163 (c) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, provided
that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land
is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys
to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of
other recreation reserves under the control of Council, or in
or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Kaitaia Drainage Area: Penalty on Overdue Rates

Pursuant to section 76 of the Rating Act 1925, and the
Swamp Drainage Act 1915 and its amendments, the ratepayers
within the Kaitaia drainage area are hereby notified that 10
percent additional will be added to all rates for the year
ending 31 March 1967 unpaid on 15 March 1967.

Rates may be paid at any money-order office, or to the
Collector of Rates, Lands and Survey Department, P.O.
Box 2206, Auckland C.1, or at the office of the Lands and
Survey Department, Melba Street, Kaitaia.
