Being Having the Administration of the Wild Life Act 1953
to Control and Manage a Reserve, and Declaration that the
Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Said
Act

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of the Crown for the
time being having the administration of the Wild Life Act
1953 to control and manage the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, as a reserve for acclimatisation purposes;
and, further, declares that the said reserves shall be subject
to the provisions of the Wild Life Act 1953.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Bay of
Plenty Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control
and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the
said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Matamata County Council on the 15th day of
September 1966:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Matamata
County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said County, in
fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be,
and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for
recreation within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaration That Part of the Waipatiki Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve, and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waipatiki
Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, revokes
the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
