PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
THE Order in Council made on the 28th day of March 1967 altering the boundaries of the Manawatu Catchment District and the Manawatu Drainage District* is hereby amended by deleting from Clause 2 of the order the words “excluded from the Manawatu Catchment District”.

The Waikouaiti River Pollution Control Order 1967

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of April 1967

PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waikouaiti River Pollution Control Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette. - All those portions of the Waikouaiti River and its tributaries which are within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Waikouaiti County Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Otago Land District situated partly in the County of Waikouaiti and partly in the County of Waihemo containing an area of 107.5 square miles approximately, being that portion of the watershed of the Waikouaiti River and its tributaries from its source near Macraes Flat to the existing intake of the supply of water to the County Town of Waikouaiti, as more particularly delineated on a plan held in the Head Office of the Department of Health at Wellington and numbered 125/371 (being a combination of New Zealand Cadastral Maps S 145, S 146, S 154, and S 155), and thereon edged in red.

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waimea South Cemetery Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1967. - The Waimea County Council is hereby appointed to have the control and management of the Waimea South Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 31st day of May 1967.
