PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Eric Watson, of Feilding, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 603, folio 25, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1967.
