IN the notice “Limited Speed Zone Declared” published in Gazette, 6 April, No. 21, page 527, the Schedule should read as follows:

“Situated within Waikouaiti County at Warrington:

“Evansdale-Merton via Seacliff Road (Coast Road) (from a point 12 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Perry Street to a point 10 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said road from Church Street).

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
