Tikitere Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1
WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and it is desired to vary the same:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Tikitere Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

    PURSUANT to sections 330 and 331 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  4. This notice may be cited as the Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 2.
  5. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

    Declaring Plant to be a Noxious Weed in the County of Whangarei (Notice No. Ag. 10048)
    PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purpose of the said section, the following special order, made by the Whangarei County Council on the 10th day of March 1967, is hereby published.
    SPECIAL ORDER
    IN exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Whangarei County Council hereby resolves and declares that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being a plant mentioned in the First Schedule of the said Act) is a noxious weed within the County of Whangarei.

    Declaring Plant to be a Noxious Weed in the County of Eltham (Notice No. Ag. 10047)
    PURSUANT to section 3(1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purpose of the said section, the following special order, made on the 8th day of March 1967, is hereby published.
    SPECIAL ORDER
    THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Eltham County Council, by way of special order, declare that Giant Buttercup (Ranunculus acer) be deemed to be a noxious weed within the County of Eltham, and that this resolution be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the said Council, to be held on the 8th day of March 1967, at 10 a.m.

    PURSUANT to section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purpose of the said section, the following special order made by the Morrinsville Borough Council on the 28th February 1967 is hereby published.
    SPECIAL ORDER
    THE Morrinsville Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, hereby resolves, by way of special order, to declare the following plants to be noxious weeds within the Borough of Morrinsville:
    Barley Grass (Hordeum murinum) Nodding Thistle (carduus nutans) Welted Thistle (Carduus crispus)
