PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order shall come into effect on 1 April 1967.
- The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Taupo and included in the County of Waitomo.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo County, containing 3,670 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of part Maraeroa A 3B 2 Block, situated in Block XV, Ranginui Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly along the generally eastern boundaries of part Maraeroa A 3A and Maraeroa A 2 Blocks to Trig. Station 1390 Pureora, being a point on the boundary of Taupo County as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1964, page 2272; thence north-westerly and easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order shall come into effect on 1 April 1967.
- The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Taupo and included in the County of Wairoa.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Hawkeβs Bay and South Auckland Land Districts, Taupo County, containing 25,740 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the south-westernmost corner of Pohokura No. 1 Block, situated in Block XIII, Mangahopai West Survey District, and proceeding generally northerly along the generally western boundary to, and south-easterly along, the north-eastern boundary of the afore-mentioned block, and its production to a point in the middle of the Te Hoe River, situated in Block VI, Mangahopai West Survey District; thence generally southerly down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Mohaka River; thence generally westerly up the middle of the last-mentioned river to a point in line with the generally western boundary of Tatara-a-kina No. 11 Block, situated in Block VIII, Waitara Survey District; thence generally northerly along a right line to, and along, that last-mentioned boundary to, and westerly along, the southern boundary of the aforesaid Pohokura No. 1 Block to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order shall come into effect on 1 April 1967.
- The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Horowhenua and included in the County of Manawatu.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Horowhenua County containing 300 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with the northern side of Bond Street, in Block I, Moutere Survey District, and proceeding easterly to, and along, that side to the south-eastern corner of Lot 510, D.P. 18833; thence south-easterly along a right line bearing 150Β° to the middle of the Manawatu River; thence down the middle of that river to the sea coast; thence northerly along the sea coast to the point of commencement.
Secondly, all that area in the Horowhenua County, containing 1,095 acres, more or less, in Block V, Mount Robinson Survey District, enclosed by the middle of the old course of the Manawatu River and the middle of the present course of the Manawatu River, through the Whirokino Cut.

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Borough of Petone.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of reclamation in the Wellington Land District containing 4 acres 2 roods 6.9 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the mean high-water mark of Port Nicholson, as defined on S.O. Plan 24491, with the southern boundary of the County of Hutt, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1957, page 2200, and proceeding generally easterly along the said mean high-water mark to the eastern boundary of the land containing 2 roods and 4 perches, more or less, coloured orange, edged orange, on S.O. Plan 24491; thence northerly along that boundary and its production to the southern boundary of the Borough of Petone, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1957, page 2200; thence generally westerly along that boundary to, and along, the southern boundary of the County of Hutt, aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
